Fuse Layout Ford F150 2004-2008
Cigarette lighter (top executive outlet) fuses in the Ford F-150 are the fuses №37 (Rear point / Halfway console power point) and №41 (2004-2007) or F110 (2008) (Cigar lighter) in the Passenger compartment fuse box.
Passenger compartment fuse panel / Power distribution box
The fuse panel is located under the right-handed side of the instrument panel behind the cover. 
Remove the clipping panel and electrical fuse loge covering fire to access the fuses.
To remove the primer loge cover, place a finger behind the PULL tab and your thumb above the PULL tab every bit shown in the illustration, then tear the cover off.
To reinstall the fuse box cross, place the top part of the cover on the fuse panel, then push the bottom part of the cover until you hear it click shut. Gently pull on the cover to make sure information technology is seated properly.
Auxiliary electrical relay box seat
The relay box is located in the engine compartment on the left fender.
